As this series progresses I've found that for some reason I've become less invested in these characters and their world. I still enjoy reading about Adrian, Sydney, and the other characters, but so far this book and the book before it haven't been as satisfying as I would like.

The Fiery Heart is almost entirely centered around Sydney and Adrian's relationship. So if you're someone that prefers less romance and more plot then this book prob ...more

I really hate Zoe. It wasn't really her business to be in Sydney's. Sure, she was there to learn from her but dis that really mean having to be a pain in the poop(i don't curse). Agh! The end just made me so mad!

Let's say that I totally expected that ending but the book as whole was amazing. I forgot how much I love Richelle's writting style and her books in general.
So let's talk about the characters:
Sydney is unrecognizable. She changed so much yet she didn't change at all. She still fights for the greater good and protects the ones she loves. I absolutely loved the entire book and it's kept me wanting way more!!This book, with its alternating points of view, its romance, its action, has raised the series to a whole new level.
