What a fantastic read! The Yellow Wallpaper meets The Haunting of Hill House.
Noemi is an incredible leading lady in this book. She’s stubborn, feisty, and kind. As she was dragged further and further into High Place and its history, she was engulfed in a terror that she wasn’t sure she’d escape. The history interwoven with this unnerving horror story was remarkable.
Morena-Garcia is one of my new favorites!
