A collection of loosely connected short stories surrounding the Lord of the Demons Azhrarn. Some readers will find objectionable content in a few of the stories but I found most of it to be quite mild, especially since we are dealing with a demon lord. The stories have a myth-like feel to them and that is probably my biggest complaint. I typically don't enjoy those types of stories (or fairy tale retellings). I was bored throughout this book.
