This book was unlike anything I have ever read before. It's two stories running together, Johnny truant who is putting together the papers (paper, napkins,anything the could be written on) about the family of Will navidson.

Ehhh. Good.Reallyfreaking good for its ambition, scope, layers, intricacies, and scare factor. This book is an experimental disassembly of narrative and deserves lots of love for the neat puzzles and mind screws it pulls off. The story within the story is neat and the code breaking rewards you with creepy scary times. The one thing this book didn't manage to make me do is care about anything that was happening. I loved what it did and what it is, but at the end I almost felt like I had finished
