I finally decided to buy a physical copy of this book.i may reread it because it's been years since i first read it but i don't know.if i'm ever in the mood, i'll check it out.

Frankenstein is a classic for a good reason. This book hooks you from the first. Walton's part before we even meet Victor Frankenstein is the perfect description of obsession.
Of course, Victor Frankenstein's entrance paints the complete image of a man obsessed with an idea. He achieves his intentions but lives to regret it.
I feel sympathy for him but also for the created creature who did not ask for life to be granted to him.

Full offense, Victor Frankenstein is a coward. If *I* created an 8ft tall undead being with long black hair and is frequently referred to as "beautiful" and "proportionally large" that was sensitive and curious, I would simply kiss him. Victor is a whiny twink and we do not stan.
