*4.5 stars* Glob, I loved reading this. Though the various spoilers I read in the internet, most especially Tumblr, kind of ruined it for me. That ending? Yeah, knew it was coming. Bummer. Thanks, Internet.

Another book in the Fire and Ice series written by George R.R. Martin in his regular fashion which is a lot is going on it and it is sometimes a challenge to keep up with all the characters and plots. A few times I had to stop reading to refer back to the previous books to fully understand a few situations. Unlike the first book this book leans more toward the fantasy world. Also again, once I start to favor a character he/she is ripped from the story, it is kind of depressing. The book was okay ...more
