What Members Thought
Great writing. Classic for a reason. A little on the gory and harsh realities of life for a dog side, but not too bad and a good YA read.
This book was just ok for me. I like Jack London's writing style, but I found some sections of the book were rushed. I love reading anything about or featuring northern locales, so I did enjoy that aspect of it. Overall though, the experience was much too similar to reading White Fang for me, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I had hoped.
