What Members Thought
there should be, like rotten tomatoes has, a critics rating % and an average reader rating %. Unable to love it, I was told "clearly you just don't get it". This is an unacceptable degrading answer esp when I am unable to find anyone to tell why it should be a revered work. I'll keep on keeping on, tho. what's the point of a plot anyway?

Such a loss to the world that we have only two books by this genius of a writer before his untimely death at his own hand. So much talent gone. Tragic that he did not live to see his masterpiece published much less win the Pulitzer Prize.
Mark me down as one of the ones who loved it.
