Amazing. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, thanks to both the inspiring story and Margaret Atwood's way with words. I haven't read anything that great in ages (even though I've read great things). 10/10 will read again.

Very interesting and thought-provoking read for certain and one I liked even though the idea of this ever becoming a possibility is frightening. It is a story of a republic called Gilead in which is formed in the future after the president is killed along with all government leaders and taken over by a religous sect.
