I read this many years ago and I have to say that I really enjoyed it so much more this time. I loved Emily's writing, "It is strange people should be so greedy when they are alone in the world." Love this book! I have the both the 1943 editions of Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre with Fritz Eichenberg's woodcut illustrations. When I was younger I preferred Jane Eyre but later in my life, I now prefer Wuthering Heights.
