Middlemarch consists of 8 "books". I read the first 4 books in 2016, 2 books in 2017, and 2 books in 2022. I knew it was going to take me ages, so I noted down my thoughts every book on this mini tumblr blog https://readingeliot-blog.tumblr.com/ (There are spoilers. You've been warned.) I'm not gonna lie, one of the reasons I wanted to finish this book in 2022 is so that I have more shelf room. Now I do, yay. It's huge!
