Mind blown. Fully mind blown on the brilliance of this book. In short this book is about two characters. The first Barry Sutton, a cop in NYC investigating false memory syndrome (FMS)- a type of disorder that drives people insane believing a life that they didn't and never lived. Our second character, Helena Smith, a scientist that is fascinated by memory and is trying to develop a cure by creating a technology that could preserve patient's memories but ends up creating something far more destru ...more
