A brilliant book that I read several years ago and from which I have still not fully recovered. I literally sought out people who had read the book after I finished it to help me like a support network, because the interpretation of the book and its themes was so disturbing and yet so necessary. In the end, I have come to view it as a fable told to mask a different type of atrocity, the way abuse victims sometimes do. Your interpretation may be quite different. The life of Pi was an interesting one. The story was divided into three main parts something like and introduction, body and conclusion. The introduction was a little long winded and I found myself hoping that it was going to get better although the story about the three men of three religons was quite entertaining.

A novel which shows that even during times of hardship, there is still some hope. A story of a boy who became stranded at sea alone with a tiger, and how they struggled to stay alive.

A little bit about the house and zoo. Hi Tschai, Yes this book is a very easy read. It does a bit of religious and spiritual belief and explorations. I might enjoy it. :)
