Realistic, tragic, and beautiful. A splendid read, so well written.

You may think there are no such people like Eleanor in this world, but there are: I know this to be true.

The childhood trauma might be different but isolation, loneliness: it's all too real for some. That is the realistic and tragic part of this novel. Beautiful! Eleanor made me sad and happy at the same time. It was heart breaking and funny at the same time.
The book and more importantly Eleanor stays with you a long time, making you smile and reflect.
