This is my second Tessa Dare book. I loved it! I laughed out loud several times, and cried when Griff opened up about Mary. The love story was so unusual for a regency romance. It is part Pygmalian (My Fair Lady), part Pretty Woman, part Miss Congieniality. It was wonderful!

So much more to say but I realized there's just no way to fit it all here. All I can say is that after having completed this breathtaking book, my heart is oh-so-happy. Pauline and Griff undoubtedly captured my heart. Another brilliant story of love. Poignant, humorous, fantastic. Hot. Holy glorious moments of Unf!

Can't wait till you get your hands on this one. (I'll post more later on.) ...more

I read this book months ago and remember thinking it was another good tale from Dare who has become an auto-buy for me. For some reason, I'm no longer seeing my ratings for the book on good reads (tragic!) so I'm re-adding the rating . If you have read a Tessa Dare book definitely do so and Any Duchess Will DO is as good a place to start as any. ...more

So, so cute. Loved all the Cinderella/Miss Congeniality/Pretty Woman touches.

And knitting - there is knitting. Plus bonus Colin and Min (someone gets called a trilobite!)
