The story of romance, intrigue, mystery and murder. This is not for the faint of heart. Zafon weaves an intricate tale about the power of books and those who seek them out. I fell in love with the idea of preserving a book in the Cemetary of Forgotton Books. I loved Shadow of the Wind and The Angel's Game does not disappoint. Shadow of the Wind takes place after the events of Angel's Game, and this is only revealed in the epilogue of the book.

I could feel my heart beat through my chest as I fol

This dark, twisted tale slowly seduced me, then took me on a roller coaster ride of peril, intrigue and romance until I was left gasping for breath and trying to get off the ride before I lost my soul. David Martin is a lover of books and writes his stories by putting his heart and soul into the tales. He is given the chance to live out his dream and things seem to crumble beneath is fingers. Loved the story 4.5 stars ...more

I am tied between a 3 and 4 star. I liked the book. It was engaging, but I am still as confused as when I started. Who was Andreas? Who killed who?

I will really have to research this one.
