I listened to the audio version. I enjoyed it even though I was thrown off a little by the back and forth timelines (probably would have been better reading the actual book).
On the audio, at the end, the author spoke about why she wrote the book and her experience with abuse in the work force. She also heard a lot stories from friends and others regarding the same.
