More Macsen! I needed Macsen to get his story. While Thayer and Severine are doing well, where does that leave Macsen??? Yes. You need to read the first book first or you will be confused and frustrated.

Emilia comes to campus to settle a score. She has a Burn List of pele she wants to exact revenge upon for something that happen to her sister. But who is she after. Thayer, Macsen, or Severine? Emilia is quiet and conniving. She weasels her way into Mac's life but discovers he has also weaseled

Time to be honest- I messed up with this series and read this book before Every Which Way, but it was a great mistake! I really love the main characters in this book and didn't have to deal with negative feelings from EWW.

The story of Emilia and Macsen Sloan. (Not a fan of the name Macsen. Just doesn't easily roll off the tongue and took away from the first 1/4 of the book for me because I had to THINK about the pronunciation of the name. Silly thing really, but it intruded.) Anyhow, Emilia has

3.5 stars!!!! I love to watch new authors as they develop their story telling skills. I can see so much growth in Calia Read' s technique and I could feel a much improved flow to this book. BRAVO!

If I had another son I would totally name him Macsen. The love scenes in this book were so intense. I could feel the emotion of the characters with all the angst, which is my favorite part, and I was truly in their world.

In EWW Macsen is a bit of a jerk. I didn't agree with his actions, but I felt that there was definitely more to him than he was revealing to us. In Breaking The Wrong we find out a lot more about Macsen and what made him the person he is. After finding out Emilia's backstory I understood her better and she no longer made me nervo ...more
