"Heartless, reckless, selfish, and cruel.
Beautiful, sad, wounded, and lost.
A freak, a work of art,
a liar, and a lover."
Oh my... this book is so good! I absolutely LOVED Sins & Needles! I cannot wait to devour the rest of this series! I couldn't put this book down. I loved how the storyline got deeper and deeper the more you read. I don't exactly know how I feel about all the characters yet, but I do know they are very interesting. Well, I can't say I wasn't warned.
On paper, this book has absolutely everything I should love: a grifter heroine (Hello, one of my favorite movies of all time); a tattooed, pierced, ex-nerd hero; broken pasts for both of them; and an author I've previously enjoyed a LOT via her Experiment in Terror series.

As I sit here and contemplate Sins and Needles I’m trying to figure out where to start. All the reviews I read were AMAZING! AWESOME! So, I picked up the book and was expecting……something more. I try not read books while they’re being so hyped up because I’m afraid I’ll be expecting more. I think that’s what happened for me here with Sins and Needles.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s a good book. It’s just not AMAZING or AWESOME.

Decent read and I would have rated it higher if not for the cliffhanger ending. I don't mind series but end each book with resolution of that story before you continue on...otherwise, make sure the story is wrapped up before you decide to hit "publish".

Another cliffhanger. What happened to authors writing just one book, one book that took you on a journey with a beginning, a middle and an end.
Anyway, enough about being fed up with these multiple book stories. This is a good book. I wasn't sure where it was going to leave me and I was unsure of the progression of the relationship, but I liked it. I just think another chapter or two to round up the book would have been better especially as it was all building up to the end. But now I have to wai ...more
