Wow! Dirty Red was just sooo DIRTY!!!! What can I say... I walked a mile in her shoes and I wouldn't do it again for all the money in the world!
When I read The Opportunist I went in not knowing what the book was about, it gripped me, held me and bound me to the pages... so many emotions... anger, sadness, anger, ANGER, ANGER!!!! I want that HEA! I need it! I can't wait for Caleb's story, I really can't.... I am sad that I have to wait! SO soo soo SAD!

Tarryn Fisher is some kind of genius when it comes to storytelling. How else can you explain how you can love a book when you hated the main character and actually rooted against her happily ever after?
I was a little afraid to read this because I loved The Opportunist and Olivia and I hated Leah. None of that has changed and this was still an enjoyable read. Leah is definitely a villain you love to hate. She does some pretty despicable things to get what she wants and karma definitely has its fu ...more

This books is through Leah's POV. Ugh. It follows her life right after her and Caleb have their baby. The chapters alternative between present and past. It was nice to get a behind the scenes look at what was going on with Leah while we folloed Oliva in the first book. I could not stand Leah in the Opportunist and I still can not stand her after reading this. At times I disliked her more. There a few and only a very tiny few moments in the book where I was like aww, poor Leah. And then she turne

Jealousy has a hell of a strong hand. I squirm underneath its touch, uncomfortable for letting it in.'
"My name is Leah, and I will do anything to keep my husband."
First off, this novel, being the second in the series 'Love me with Lies' was a book I really really really wanted to hate, I actually did hate it...for several chapters. I dreamt I would give it 2 stars just because I passionately hated Leah! She deserved to die a slow and painful death.. I imagined myself in a fist fight with her ...more

5 amazing stars! A superbly written series by Tarryn Fisher! Dirty Red was everything I had hoped for it to be, but it was so much better than I can possibly explain. Dirty Red is an excellent example of an anti-romance. I absolutely loved getting inside Leah's mind, learning her history and what causes her to choose her actions. I seriously enjoyed reading about Leah's relationship with Caleb imploding, but I was also amazed at how the author was able to create sympathy for her character. The r

Loved the continuation of Calab Leah and Olivia's story. Changing between the Present and past POV was great and you really got to understand why Leah made all of the decisions. Really hope the next book is in Calab's POV.

DAMN.......Dirty Red is an evil, evil chick!!! I dove in and devoured this novel! After how much I loved the Opportunist I was wondering how much better the story could get, but boy was I ever wrong! Tarryn Fisher does not disappoint!!! There was angst, hatred, and so many twists and turns I could barely keep them straight! I hated Leah, then maybe felt a little sorry for her, then was utterly disgusted with her! And the ending....oh goodness, Tarryn does it again and leaves us salivating for mo

Wow.. this book was GREAT! Ok so it'll piss you off and make you question why you want to read about such a horrible person. But boy, it makes you feel just as sad and a little heart broken for Leah. does she really deserve what she got... maybe but, maybe not. I'm torn. I've never wanted the next book to come out as bad as I do this one!

OMG, this book leaves us with a HUGE cliffhanger. I couldn't stand Leigh in the first book, but I hated her is this one. I didn't feel sorry for her at all, she totally deserves what she gets and I can't wait for book 3. It will be interesting to see everything from Caleb's POV.
