What an exceptional story by Charles Sheehan-Miles! This book sucked me in and made me stay up late at night because it was just awesome! Awesome in a way that makes you hope for true love no matter the odds. It makes you sit back and ponder so many of the issues we see in today’s world – war and violence against women - to be precise. After reading this novel the first thought I had was: love hurts. Then thinking about everything Dylan and Alexandria went through to finally enjoy being in love and together I thought: Even if their love hurt, it was worth it. It was an experience that taught them lessons that matured them over a four year period. Just Remember To Breathe was truly an amazing novel.
