I didn't see this book coming, it took me by storm. This story was so tender to be full of harsh realities: a tale of love and of loss, simple life vs complex Nobility, virtues vs justification... Wow...what can I say about this story that could possibly do it any justice. It was an emotional journey that I will always remember. I loved the characters and their fight for happiness that almost always seemed out of reach. Love this book. It's fantastic.

An Irish lass and an English lord... a ticking clock... This was an epic read. A real page turner. Full of romance and suspense, achingly sweet and equally beautiful. The author writes like a poetess: "If you should ask for forever, I'll be there waiting until the day after forever ends." ...more
