Roller coaster of love!?!

Wow, I'm a blubbering mess! This book was absolutely incredible. I usually have a feeling for how a book will end, but with this book I didn't know what to expect from one moment to the next. The author tied my little wagon to a 747 and took off with my emotions, me along for the ride!

This book gave me a damn ulcer. I don't even know what to think right now, except I'm super bummed that Avoiding Responsibility isn't released in eBook yet because I just want to keep going.

Gut reaction is this: I don't know what to make of Ramsey, Jack is an ass and Bekah is a bitch. She and Jack deserve each other. I must say, though, for more than half of the book, although I was so annoyed with Lexi's stupidity, I could see where she was ...more

I am totally spent. I never thought I will have it in me to finish this book. It took me three painful days to finally muster the courage and continue until the last page. I had to stop and pause several times just to breath and make sure that I am still okay. I was so scared on how the story will progress. God, the emotional turmoil this book brought me was too much. It left me spent but it was worth everything. I am glad that I was able to finish this.

What a gruesome painful read. I'm crying right now and all I can say is BRAVO to KA! You have made me partake with every emotion possible. You kept my mind on this story even when I should have been working. This book took over my thoughts and I just couldn't see what outcome would happen that would relieve my broken spirit. Lexi. I have to give this book 3.5 stars. I wanted to be taken away by it but struggled often instead.

To say Jack and Lexi have a complicated history together would be an understatement. I wanted them to have it all because when they were together it just seemed to work, and yet the pieces never seemed to come together for them. I felt for Lexi and her struggle with her love for Jack, but I also got to the point where I wanted to yell “enough is enough already, he’s an ASS!” Jack, oh Jack, I get that ...more

Great book! Really great first book by K.A.! It was real and messy and sad and funny and really really painful at times to watch these two people continue to wreck each other.
I imagine it won't be long before this book takes off like "Beautiful Disaster" and "Thoughtless".
My only criticism is the length; at times it was daunting and I feel that a little bit of it could be cut to make it a 5 star read!

Oh my...the angst of Lex and Jack, I wasn't sure if I could handle any more before the end. Lex and Jack really know passion intimately but they are so awful for each others hearts and mentally a car crash always waiting to happen.
I would like to see Lex rid herself of all ties to Jack and give Ramsey a chance! He seems the type to let Lex know she will not be "the other woman" ever again but I'm hoping for some type of happy closure for this used and abused character, even if at times I felt sh ...more

5 Stars. Avoiding Commitment has an addicting quality to its storyline, literally having me wanting to pull my hair out, while at the same time not wanting to put the book down until I was finished.
