Another wonderful story from a terrific writer in Ms. Colleen Hoover!
This follow-up to Slammed had all the potential for a let down as most sequels do but it was excellent. I loved that the story was told from Will's point of view in this book. While you felt like you knew Will Cooper after reading Slammed, getting inside his head makes you feel that much more "at home" with the character.

LOVE...and that's all I have to say about THAT!!
Ok...I tried to end my thoughts at that, but I just can't. This is the perfect sequel to the Lake/Will story! And what makes it so perfect? It is from Will's POV! There is nothing better than being able to see from the eyes of this beautiful and perfect man. The love between Will and Lake and their two little families is so sweet...and real. They also struggle with very real fears and scary life situations. This book is such a treat and I wholehear ...more

Oh, Colleen! How you do "butterflying" entertain me! This darling sequel to "Slammed" continued in its footsteps, causing me cry out "HA! She's hilarious!" and "Oh no she didn't!" whilst reading. I loved your ensemble cast of characters and thoroughly enjoyed the additions of Kiersten and Granpaul.
Your characters have the best conversations-really realistic. I honestly admire you slam poetry; it's impressive that you had so many great poems in both books! Nice work! ...more

This is a rollercoaster ride. And i loved every minute of it. This is a must read. The kind of book that you read over and over again.
3.5 - 4 stars. I liked 1st one better. Got a little tired of the carving pumpkins.
