As with Part 1, the focus of this book is more than LGBT and/or alternative literature. Much more. But LGTB/alternative literature issues are definitely not ignored. This is one of those kind of books for which GLBTs and alternative literature fans often do not receive recommendations because the book is not "gay" or "alternative" enough. I just realized that this is my very real reason for forming this group.
