This was a very enjoyable book, though I was worried at times. I could not stand Juliette in the last book, but she finally grew up. I can't say more without spoilers. Decent end to the trilogy, not fantastic, but not horrible either.

I like the first half more than the second half. The fighting, the drama, Kenji and everything about him and his thoughts on all the situations, it was just utterly entertaining. The last half is more plot-driven, with a satisfying but somewhat abrupt finale. I flew through this book, it's a vast improvement over the second though I was pretty much in a zone through books 1-3, and enjoyed them more than I had ever imagined I would. The audiobooks and narration continue to be effective.
