What Members Thought
Riordan's novels are usually a bit more light-hearted than many similar authors, like Rowling, but The Titan's Curse starts to get a bit darker. The half-bloods tasks have always been dangerous, but the campers would always escape before they were fatal. Now, not all of his friends make it back to camp. There was still a lot of action and all the other qualities of Riordan's writing that I enjoy, and I ended up enjoying this novel more than the 2nd, and possibly, 1st books in the series.
