My review of 2 stars is very generous. I will preface this review by stating that I enjoyed the Indiana Jones movies when I was growing up. I like fantasy and historical fiction as well as the paranormal. I can easily escape reality when it suits me and that includes unbelievable events in stories. I do not like this book.

A re-read...well actually an audiobook listen.
And I have say this story plays out well in audio. (I confess I had to stop reading this authors books because the excessive use of italics and the other punctuation marks drove me batty). So for me, the audiobook works well.
So how to describe listening to this book.

I was going to give this 3 stars, as the concept of destroying all those historical sites was offensive, even though it is only fiction. The language is a bit simplistic. But I found I got hooked into the adventure and enjoyed the conspiracy theory. It would make a movie that I am sure all the male folk in my family would like.
