That was one hell of a read...one moment I was wondering if I really want to read this book and the next moment and a couple of hours later I've already finished it.
Everything happened so fast, I didn't get a moment to catch a breath.
But that's also the mood point. Their love story rushed from hate to soulmates in record time from zero to a few weeks.
And at the end were too many twists for my liking. So it's a solid 3.75 read for me.

Now I have to read the second book, because there is a clif

I liked the book, I liked Preppy, Bear not yet King lived in a constant state of fury, it is understandable by what happened and has lived, Jake and Abby appear briefly, but I don't understand why Jake acted that way with Doe, King must have seen that it was not so easy what he asked the senator to do or to continue with the deal, I did not imagine that this would happen in the end with the person who got out of the car, now who's gonna help King get what he wants , and i can't believe that happ ...more

I liked this book more than I thought I would. Just enough drama and angst that it kept my interest. Looking forward to seeing what lies ahead in the other books

King

Well this book was about how two friends namely King and his friend Preppy started a venture which is mostly crime related and the journey after he meets with Doe.. The book was engaging and had a cliffhanger ending which is resolved in Tyrant..

I'd never had a friend before, but there was something about this boy with the foul mouth that got my attention. ...

The story picks up when Doe is introduced and how she gets tangled in King's world which spirals into more and more mystery from

Awesome story

This was an excellent story. I enjoyed the characters and the plot that was created in this story. Juggling between several books at a time I gave up others to read this story. I was on the edge of my chair waiting to read what was going to happen next. It was sad to read Preppy's ending had come, but now I'm looks to read more of this series. This book was well written.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ugly cried for what Doe had to go through in this book, but for some reason I had a hard time connecting to King. I didn’t feel as strong of a love connection as I was hoping for, and some of the things he did really had me rooting for her to get as far away from him as possible. I’ll read on and hope I connect to him better in the second book.
