Really don't like cliff hangers
I enjoy a good mc story, but for me there needs to be a balance between the violence and romance and more importantly the alpha male dominating control and respect of women. I also prefer a story that is original. SPOILER ALERT

I love the alpha male that Shadow. How I just love an alpha male in a book. I thought Dani's mom was suspicious in this story and turns out she used her daughter for selfish reasons. She should not have used her child for what happened with Bull, which has now only brought more anger to Dani.

Well this was OK, it was the ending that I was so not expecting, so now I need to decide if I want to read book 2
This was my first MC book...although some of it was a little predictable, there were some steamy parts in it. The mother character I wanted to punch, and a few twists at the end that I didn't see coming (bonus) I'll eventually finish the series to see what happens, it was a very easy read...just a few hours to read the entire book.

This was action packed and a fun quick read. I enjoyed the audiobook. Shadow frustrated and intrigued me. Dani was incredibly strong and just the tiniest bit annoying.
It was a little bit too instalovey for my taste, and I don’t know how much I believe in their love at this point.
