Pride and Prejudice is far from my normal reading material, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. It's easy to see why this particular Austen novel has become such a beloved classic; while I find the subject matter to be incredibly boring, I can't help but enjoy reading it if only for the flair with which Jane Austen writes.

How I regret that I hadn't picked up this book sooner. This is the first classic novel that I have read, and it managed to intrigued me and I can't wait to read more of this genre.
Pride and Prejudice showcased excellently how the society used to live in the late 17th century. I just love the manners that the characters showed and how they remain calm.
