I am sure this was shocking at the time, but it is very weird reading about the pleasures of the bedroom in a very descriptive way without using the names of the body parts used or the more crude words we have become used to in more modern reads. Not my sort of read I'm afraid, the language took a while to get used to and I just found myself bored. ...more
