What Members Thought
This is an interesting look at how human diet has evolved and why it happened this way. I've always been a fan of eating locally and seasonally, and reading this has only served to reinforce that preference; however this book isn't without it's faults.
Through no fault of his own, the author writes from a very American perspective. Quite a few of the practises outlined simply aren't relevant to this part of the world. And while that doesn't make this a bad book at all, I do wish I could find some ...more
