DNF at 30%, because patience isn't my virtue.
It's unpopular opinion time, people (plus a story!!!).
Towards the end of my senior year in high school, we weren't doing anything much in any of my classes. We took all our finals early, so there wasn't anything else for us to do except count down the days till we could finally graduate and get the hell out of school. In the meantime, most of my teachers showed us movies to hold our attention (basically, the last two weeks of school was 6 period of wa ...more

Woah. This. book. was. wow. The main character really changes and grows (as a person) in this book. There is action, romance, mystery, dystopia, and much more. The setting is interesting and intriguing. There is danger at every turn and the stakes are so high that you can't help but keep reading to figure out what happens next. The romance seems real and actually develops (unlike other books when it's love at first sight or after three days they just fall in love) this romance is gradual and so

My neurons are dead. My neurotransmitters: Busted.

This is a totally awesome read! I have no idea how to express my thoughts about this book.
First, it reminds me a bit of the headache I had when I read the Mara Dyer series. It has the same dark quality and the mind boggling questions as to what happened, why and how are they going to cope.
Apparently, by the time kids turn 10, symptoms of an affliction called IAAN (Idiopathic Adolescent Acute Neurodegeneration) starts to manifest. The progno ...more

Rating:4.5 stars

My Review: I picked this book up without knowing what it was about. I just saw everyone reading it and enjoying it and i just had to have it!
The characters were great. Ruby is the main character and she's pretty kicka$$. A for sure good role model for other girls. She survives the "disease" that wipes out most of American's little kids ...more

Absolutely brilliant.
I cried three times in this book. Three, when I barely ever cry once. I have never cried so hard over a book, and yes folks, that includes the lake I created after The Book Thief. I don't even know why I cried so hard, but I did. Don't judge! It was late, and my brain was mush and... *grumbles* Fine, I'm a softie. If you want to know the three spots: (view spoiler) ...more

Review to come.

HELP I'm drowning in emotions. What is this book? It's so riveting and so heartbreaking. All the characters are so great and the storyline is extremely interesting and I have no idea where it's going to go from here. Ruby and Liam and Chubs and Zu are family and they should not be left in tatters like this. They need to be together.
LIAM is the sweetest and kindest and Chubs is perfect and Zu is the cutest and omg I cannot handle this. Ruby and Liam seamlessly slipped into a wonderful and unders ...more
