There is a reason this book has never been out of print for over 100 years. A classic and a bucket list must read.

I've wanted to read this book for years and years but have never got around to reading it. I'm so glad I picked this book up to read last week because I found it a truly fascinating story. It is beautifully written and I loved the way it was set out in the form of diary entries etc. Although I have enjoyed several filmed versions of this story, the book was so much better, as is the case most of the time. I could honestly pick this book up and read it over and over again. ...more
