This was my third re- read. I am puzzled as to why people say it is a romantic tale.
For me, it is a tale of woe.
A tale;
Of vengeance.
Of jealousy.
Of despair.
Of obsession.
But not of love, love is too simple, pure and unselfish for this tale!
