What do you get when you cross a sweet, witty, irresistible girl with a hot, sexy, adorable alien? A love story you’ll never forget.

If you know me, you know I love all things Armentrout ;) And this novella is no different! We are ensnared from the first sentence and left breathless until the end. The novella is told from the two main characters, Dawson and Bethany and then a little titbit of Daemon. (I call dibs on Dawson and Daemon by the way!)

Dawson is part of the Black triplets (Daemon, Daws

Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant! The Prequel to Jennifer L Armentrout's Obsidian is uput downable. If you like badass sexy Daemon then in Shadows you'll get to meet and swoon over his twin brother Dawson.

Dawson maybe badass, but he is certainly not in the same league as his brother when it comes to snark. Dawson is the more touchy feely out of the two, having more time for the Humans he encounters. Shadows feels in all the backstory gaps as to why Daemon reacts the way he does to Katy in Obsidia

Wow. Reading this book after Obsidian and Onyx really gives great insight into why Daemon treated Katy the way he did, and also really surprised me by how much Daemon's life with Katy mirrors what happened between Bethany and Dawson. Gave me some things to ponder, and I liked that very much.

And even with knowing how Onyx ends, this story was still so beautiful and sad, not just because of what happens to Bethany and Dawson, but the glimpses of Adam tugged at my heart. I'm curious and apprehensiv

Wow, this was so sad but awesome at the same time!
It makes me love daemon even more and I didn't think that was possible.
It was nice to get to know Dawson even though he's gone, he's the reason daemon is the way he is and it's good to finally know why he's like that.
He takes responsibility for everyone and is too hard on himself he's kinda like the father in the triplets relationship.
I love how everyone respects him because of his power-that's wicked!
This book is a must-read it will give you a
