Initially rated this 4 stars. Went back earlier today and re-read a couple sections. Bumped it up to 5 stars.
We tend to quickly assess the data around us. This is called thin-slicing. A pretty interesting book, well written and a quick read. It gives insight to subconscious thought and decision making, although a bit repetitive on the thin-slicing theory.
I really enjoy reading Malcolm Gladwell. His books read more like a series of connected stories than anything else. In the near future I will be reading Outliers, the book I have yet to read of his.
Very interesting read. Validates those 'gut' feelings we get.
