Pati istorija atrodytų, nėra labai kažkuo ypatinga: šeima iš Europos atsikelia gyventi į Maroką, nusiperka rūmus Dar Khalifa ir pradeda juose įsikurdinėti. Kartu su rūmais autorius (knygoje jis pasakoja apie save ir savo patirtis) paveldi ir tris tarnus, kurie netrukus pradeda paistyti vėjus apie džinus, baraka (gerąją namų dvasią) ir t.t. The beginning was very interesting and you do not notice how you are drawn into the story and want to read what happens further. However, the last chapters of the book were a bit dissapointing, concentrating a lot on how the remodelling of the house is done. This book has changed my perception of what is "jinn". I will no longer imagine them as genies from the Disney's "Aladdin". In general, it is a very enjoyable book, which makes you smile or even laugh by thiking how hopeless the author was i
