I had some real issues with this one, but I am still so glad I bought it. On one hand, it's every girl's fantasy to get singled out by a Prince and wear pretty dresses. This book fulfills that dream. But then again, there are some serious problems when a love triangle gets drawn out for three books, rebel attacks get pushed to the side, and the end to a three part series makes the series feel like it could have been written in one book.

America makes a lot of progress in this bo

3-3'5★

Half the guards sent to protect the Elite's families have disappeared. Tension in the palace has grown as the girls zero in on the prize and the king increases the pressure on Maxon to end the Selection. Of course America continues to antagonize the king, but the people seem to love her more for it. He can't just get rid of her, but he ...more

Simple. Sweet. Lovely

Oh gosh, what a bundle of fluff! What a cute story! When I started this series I never thought it would be such a sweet ride. The One concludes the Bachelor Prince special. Its plot is simple yet the romance pulls you in the most. Before you know it your "awwing" towards the end.

I feel it's a book to read after a heartbreak. If you want just a sweet series than this is the book for you.

One con is that the ending seem rush and the rebel plot was a bit weak for me.
