What Members Thought

Another great book by John Green, although I did like this book better than Looking for Alaska
Favorite quotes:
but mother's lie. It's in the job description
They weren't jealous. He just wasn't likable. Sometimes it's that simple.
That smile could end wars and cure cancer
Smartypants, getting a gun in Gutshot, Tennessee, is easier than getting chlamydia from a hooker.

I liked it. Although I haven't cared for a few of John Green's female characters, I really liked the Lindsey character. Hassan was utterly hilarious, and Colin, well, let's just say he was special. Personally, I'm not sure how a guy with one friend his entire life could get 19 girls to like him, but whatever. It works, I guess.

I went into this book expecting not to like it because I really didn't like the other two books from this author that I've read (Looking for Alaska and Paper Towns). But this one wasn't half bad. I liked how it read like a textbook with the footnotes, I thought that was a fun touch.
