This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. Hmmmm... this book. So I am not a fan of sad books, or depressing, this is actually how life is type of books. But I am a fan of books that move you and I was told this would move me. I didn't hate it. But it also didn't move me. It was a good book, but not a favorite for me. I have never had or personally known a teen with cancer so I really can't speak as to the accuracy or inaccuracy of how they might behave. It was a good story. Re-read this one since I keep seeing it referenced everywhere and the movie came out a couple of months ago. It was even worse the second time around. I guess hipsters with cancer just aren't my thing. ...more
