I don't know why but it took me a while to get into the book. And I wasn't super impressed. It seemed like a lot of build up, maybe for the subsequent books. I am now starting on Insurgent, and we will see where to go from there.
Like all dystopian novels there is a new regime that is corrupt in some way. It was confusing for four to go from Four to Tobias. But not horrible, also not great. I cried once, which is very little for me to cry on books. I am just soft-hearted I suppose. ...more

I reread this since I really didn't think I enjoyed it the first time around. I found the storyline a lot better since I had no outside distractions. I plan in rereading insurgent as well.
