This is probably one of the worst book I have ever read. Deferentially one of my top ten worst book of all time. This in part might be because I really didn't enjoy the first book at all, and even more of the same reasons I hated the first book was in this book. I had no idea, how Schwab could possibility make the series even worse, but she outdid herself with that one.

Shelves: own, fantasy, read-2021

Slightly disappointed in this one. I still like the world and find it super interesting. I love Holland and Rhy. Alucard is my favorite character in this book and he was the main reason I kept reading. I would almost prefer to read a book about the side characters instead of the main ones. Kell is okay I guess, but Lila is kind of the worst. I didn’t mind her in the first book, but here I just... it was a no from me dog.
