I've had this book on my shelf for a while, but I picked it up today and just finished reading it. I want to kick myself for not reading it earlier.

I don't typically write reviews, but this one warranted it. All the Bright Places takes you somewhere. It's hard to explain. I myself, when a teen, could relate to Finch or Violet. Once I lost my first son, right after he was born, it took me to a dark place. I could see things how Violet saw them. I felt completely connected to her, and, even more so, Finch. I can't praise this book enough. I have read many 4 star books, but this, by far and away, is a 5. I strongly suggest everyone reads it an
