Second Read 2020:
Another reread for this year...and one of my favorite YA books of all time besides Eleanor and Park. I had a very similar relationship in my life once and this story so accurately portrays bipolar disorder for both the characters. It really is amazing how true to life it is ... how hard it was and still is to understand what is happening to someone who is bipolar, to start a discussion about it and deal with it. Looking forward to seeing it on screen!

Mature readers.
I'm not even sure if this book was well written or even had an incredible plot but it hit a nerve because of personal circumstances and made me sob in the early hours of the morning, so. An important story that needs to be told tbh.

DNF around page 100. I wasn't really feeling the believability of the main guy. I just really didn't care for him.
