This book is extremely readable. It has some great points about challenging norms in business and to push forward and do. At times, I think that some of the parts are contradictory or the authors leave out some of their own history to benefit themselves. All in all this is a good book. It lacks some of the theory to explain the why, which can lead a novice to potentially follow these new rules with out understanding. Doing more harm than good.
