What Members Thought
What a novel. I can't possibly imagine Mitchell topping it, but I suppose we'll see. This is a very thought-provoking work, with intentional layers upon layers of connections between characters who lived decades, sometimes centuries apart from one another, who had nothing yet everything to do with one other. The messages and theories in this novel on life, death, love, and human progress are both bleak and encouraging, which I find inherently appropriate. I highly recommend this novel to anyone
