2.5 stars. It read more like a research paper, and most if it wasn't about John Nash. Yes, it got more into his life as the book went on, but there was just so much other stuff (the history of Harvard, Princeton, Gauss, etc. etc.) that I just got lost. It felt like something you would skim to find sources for a paper, not something that you read for pleasure.
I did get a kick out of how many of the mathematical references I understood. :) ...more
