This book greatly intrigued me. A fictional accout about a little tidbit from the bible. About a woman the good book gives us little information. I think Anita Diamant did an incredible job making these people seems like you could reach out and touch them.

The first 3/4 of the novel was great but then it just dragged on. I didn't like how Joseph's character was depicted. The angle on Jacob was interesting though.
